Sinkuun
Sinkuun is a large peninsula located north-west of the The Great Desert. The peninsula is infamous for being where the outcasts and bandits of the United Cities live.
Spawns include: Rebel Farmers
Skinner's Roam
Skinner's Roam is a rocky desert territory controlled by the The Holy Nation but initially not actually patrolled by them. They control multiple Holy Mines in the area.
This lack of patrols allows huge groups of hungry bandits to harass travelers.
Skinner's Roam is also known for the huge dust wall that might have ruined one of the Holy Mines.
Spawns include: Starving Bandits, Wild Bulls, Escaped Servants, and Bonedogs
Ashlands
The Ashlands is an ashen landscape which was the domain of the Second Empire. Groups of Skeletons and Iron Spiders of the Skeleton Legion patrol this area, alongside the occasional Cleanser Unit. There are also large clouds of Poison Gas which periodically appear in this area. As such, players are advised to bring a Fog Mask if their characters are vulnerable to this danger.
This Zone is a very good source of Research Artifacts as well as multiple Meitou grade weapons.
Spawns include: Iron Spiders and Skeleton Legion Members
The Eye
The Eye is a region surrounding a central structure. When the player gets close enough to the structure, an ally will begin to talk about it. The central structure appears to be a fallen satellite in the shape of a ring. Certain character personalities, including a Skeleton player character, share more detailed information about the satellite.
A Skeleton party member may imply that a second, functioning Eye satellite is responsible for the laser beams that plague the region of Venge during daylight, referring to "the other one."
Spawns include: Bonedogs
Howler Maze
The Howler Maze is an island connected to the mainland with water covered land bridges to the north. The neighboring regions are Heng and Gut. The island is known to be uninhabited by any race but is dominated by Crabs.
Spawns include: Crabs and Escaped Slaves
Sniper Valley
Sniper Valley is a zone in the southeastern corner of the continent, near the Ashlands.
Spawns include: Sniperbots, Black Gorillos, Goats, Scavengers, Leviathans and Crab Raiders
Fishman Islands
Fishman Island is a small zone south of the Bonefields.
Despite being an island, players do not have to worry about needing the Swimming stat to enter this zone. The lightened area on the map to the north of the island is the location of a bridge, identical to the one found connecting Black Desert City with Scraphouse and the bridge found crossing the Wend river north of Blister Hill.
Spawns include: Fishmen and Crabs
Watcher's Rim
Watcher's Rim is the mountain range surrounding Arach, home of the Bugmaster. Watcher's Rim is filled with Bounty Hunter camps.

Spawns include: Lost Drones, Holy Nation Outlaws, and Starving Bandits
Vain
Vain is a zone that occupies the west coast and red river of the middle section of Kenshi. It displays incredible biodiversity and what looks like refuge to the naive eye, but is in reality one of the most dangerous locations to start off. It is dominated by the Western Hive, who will not trade with Hive Player Characters due to them being "Hiveless." This location is known for being inhabited by Beak Things. The Hive will not help the player if they are attempting to escape an attack from beak things unless you bring them directly in front of the hive guards.
Spawns include: Gorillos, Holy Nation Outlaws, Bonedogs, Garru, Wild Bulls, and Western Hive Merchant Caravans
Grey Desert

Rebirth
Deep in the mountains, north-west of Blister Hill, there is a giant Holy Nation mine bigger than any other slave labor mines.
The Grid
The Grid is an area northeast of the great crater and southwest of the swamp. It contains 3 workshop complexes and doesn't really contain much roaming fauna at all except for the rare beak thing so it's a great place to find high grade weapons, engineering research and ancient research books.
Beak things rarely spawn here
The Unwanted Zone
The Unwanted Zone fully lives up to its name, unless players have very skilled fighters and are in need of Animal Skins or Raw Meat. It is densely populated by Beak Things and Crabs. There are many Nests in this Zone, making it a good source of Crab Eggs and Beak Thing Eggs.
Players hoping for a good path from Stobe's Gamble (home to the Anti-Slavers) to The Outlands (home of Anti-Slaver recruit Bo) should go around this Zone.
Spawns include: Crabs, Beak Things, Swamp Raptors, Garru, Goats, Gorillos, and Swamp Turtles

Stormgap Coast

Forbidden Isle
Located east of Stormgap Coast, the Forbidden Isle is a hostile and miserable place. Inhabited by legions of Iron Spiders, likely originating from the Spider Factory situated in the middle of the isle and aggressive Tech Hunters who wish to lay claim to the lost secrets, this small land mass should be explored by either the mad or the courageous. Aside from the hostile enemies, there is often a blanket of acid rain that covers the island making exploration even more perilous without the proper protective gear.
Spawns include: Iron Spiders and Tech Hunters
Berserker Country
Berserker Country is a harsh zone named for its Berserker inhabitants. The entire area is themed with rocky terrain with crimson red background in contrast to the greenery in The Shrieking Forest. The coastline seems to be decorated with lots of inactive spiders and spiders can be seen along the coast all the way passing through Purple Sands and to The Iron Trail in the further north.
Spawns include: Berserkers, Cannibals, and Wild Bulls
The Hook
The Hook is part of the south coast. It is controlled mainly by the United Cities and the slavers.
Spawns include: Rebel Farmers, Slave Hunters, and Noble Hunters
The Pits East
The Pits East is the home of the Crab Raiders. In Crab Town, the home of the Queen of the Crab Raiders, players can become "crabbed" and Unique Recruit Lumi can be found.
Crabs, as well as Crab Raider patrols, are common in this Zone. Players may be amused to watch the horror which Crab Raiders experience when wild Crabs are hostile towards them.
Spawns include: Crab Raiders, Crabs, Reavers, Fishmen, and Scavengers
Deadlands
The Deadlands, one of the most polluted zones in the game, is home to the Skeletons in their town of Black Desert City. Constant acid rain, acid ground, dark weather, and dead environment defines this area which makes this a hard place to set up in the beginning.
Spawns include: Iron Spiders
